Carrier Compliance Representative

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our compliance team in processing our ever-growing needs to bring on new carriers into our network. This position is fast-paced and requires an individual that is meticulous and can interact with multiple divisions within KLLM. Requires excellent communication skills both internal and external towards our carrier network.

Job Responsibilities:

• Qualify Carriers
• Onboard Carriers
• Communicate with carriers by phone and email
• Conduct Carrier Follow up Calls after initial load
• Insurance reconciliation
• Reconcile daily reports
• Keep carrier profiles updated
• Follow up on electronic carrier tracking
• Help to develop an initial relationship with new carriers
• Input data into carrier profile

Qualifications:

• Previous transportation experience is a plus
• 2-year degree or higher preferred
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Work with a sense of urgency
• Willing to Learn
• Positive Attitude
• Attention to Detail
